On this episode of the podcast I joined by Cameron Elliot, a powerlifting coach at the Strength Club Perth. We sat down at the Hen House and talked about his experiences as a coach and how he made the transition into powerlifting and gave some inside knowledge on the lifestyle as a competitor. Also, he broke down the big three lifts: bench, squat and deadlifts, in which he gave some tips on how to improve and find the right technique.
